1. These general commercial terms and conditions will be valid for all orders placed through the website www.LORENAMOZAK.com ("the Website"). Please read these General Commercial Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering products on this Website. By placing an order for our products, you declare your agreement with the following provisions and confirm that you are authorized to enter into legally binding contracts and are at least 18 years old. We will only accept terms and conditions that differ from these General Commercial Terms and Conditions if we have confirmed them in writing beforehand.

This website for the sale of goods through the internet is operated by the company with offices in Mexico, Lorena Mozak Company, who is fully responsible for this website for legal purposes. (The personality of Lorena Mozak is only used as an advertising character and is not liable for any legal action against this website and the company). Celebration of the Contract
THE BUYERBy accepting these terms and conditions, you declare to be of legal age with full consent and legal use of the payment methods used on this website, whether it be debit cards, credit cards, transfers, payments at convenience stores, etc. Thus, releasing this website from any responsibility for the mishandling of the same. You also declare that your economic activity comes from lawful and moral purposes.
We reserve the right to reject orders from customers when there are reasons to believe that the customer is in violation of the General Commercial Terms and Conditions, is involved in fraudulent activities or other criminal activities, or when there are other significant reasons.
Availability
Products and prices are displayed on the Website; products will be available as long as they are in stock. We reserve the right to modify the products offered on the Website at any time and without prior notice, as well as to limit the number of products a user can purchase. If the inventory of any product runs out, it will appear as SOLD OUT and/or will be removed from the page.
All responsibility for lack of inventory and product unavailability is excluded. LORENA MOZAK reserves the right to limit the number of products (or the number of a specific SKU) sold to a customer.
Please note that, after the order confirmation, requests for modifications or cancellations of online orders cannot be accommodated. Please refer to the cancellation policy later on or contact customer services at the address, email, or phone numbers provided above.
Reservation of provision in case of non-supplyable merchandise
If the ordered merchandise cannot be supplied within 30 days from the day following your order, even if we had previously confirmed it, we will inform you about the unavailability of the product and immediately refund any consideration you may have already paid. LORENA MOZAK will not be liable for any damages that may result from the lack of availability of merchandise at any time.
Price and additional costs
The total price of your order, including all additional charges and shipping costs, is indicated on the previous page or will be shown at the end of the checkout process. By confirming the order, you declare your agreement with the price of the goods. It will not be possible to make any price adjustments once the purchase process is completed.
The sale of LORENA MOZAK products is carried out through LORENA MOZAK COMPANY based in Mexico. Please note that, in the case of foreign payments by credit card, the credit institution that issued the card may charge you a surcharge on foreign sales (approx. 1-2%).
Payment terms
The purchase price of the ordered merchandise will be payable when placing your order through LORENA MOZAK online. Payment can be made by credit and debit card (entering your card details on the Website), PayPal, bank transfer or deposit, and cash payment at OXXO.
We offer the option of monthly payments: 3, 6, 9, and 12 months with no interest.
In the case of payment by credit card, we reserve the right to verify the validity of the card, as well as to check the billing parameters and address data. In the event that the credit institution denies payment approval, we do not assume responsibility for delays or non-execution of deliveries.
Delivery and Reservation of Property Title
The supply of the ordered merchandise is carried out by the delivery service contracted by us, usually within 5 to 10 business days in Mexico and the rest of the world within 10 to 20 business days starting from the day following your order, with delivery to the shipping address provided by you. If you wish, we will try to deliver the merchandise on a specific date, but we usually cannot commit to it in a binding manner. Until the full purchase price has been paid, the merchandise will remain our property.
Upon receiving the merchandise, you must verify that the shipment is correct and complete.
Cancellation Right
As a consumer, you can cancel your order, without the need to indicate the reasons, within 5 business days after receiving the merchandise, thus withdrawing from the contract. The 5 business days period starts the day after the delivery of the merchandise.
You can find more information and assistance for returns on our website, under the menu option "Customer Service - Returns", or by contacting customer service at the address, email, and phone numbers provided above. Cancellations can be sent in writing or through another permanent data support to the address provided by customer service via email. To meet the deadline, timely submission within the deadline is sufficient. Products must be in their original condition, with the original packaging, and the return receipt must be attached to them.
In case of cancellation, you will be required to return the merchandise to the address provided in your email.The shipment will be made at your own risk and expense,Unless the supplied merchandise does not correspond to the merchandise ordered, the return will be covered by Lorena Mozak. The return must be made within a maximum of 5 business days after the products are delivered to you.
The refund of the costs will not be made until the merchandise arrives unused and in its original condition to the address mentioned above.
Initially, coupons or vouchers cannot be replaced or returned.
Currently, it is not possible to physically return goods purchased through the Website at any of our offices.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Damages caused by accidents, contact with liquids, improper use or ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence, or failure to follow the special care recommendations for products indicated by Lorena Mozak. This warranty does not cover: i) Opaque crystals or diamonds (loss of shine), ii) Greenish/yellowish discoloration at the base of the metal, iii) Stains or loss of reflective base due to moisture leakage (contact with liquids: water, perfumes, fragrances, creams), iv) Loss of metal coating (Rhodium, ruthenium, gold, silver), v) Oxidation: on the metal and under the crystals, gemstones, vi) Impacts or blows resulting in partial or total crystal breakage, vii) Crushing, handling, and/or scratches.
How to validate the warranty?
To validate the warranty, it must include: Presenting the purchase receipt indicating the purchase date and the product code, as well as presenting the product in perfect condition without previous signs of use and in its original packaging. The acceptance of the warranty is subject to the assessment and decision of LORENA MOZAK COMPANY, and will only be applicable in the case of the item being repaired. No exchanges or returns are accepted. Please note that a defective item can only be repaired if it is viable according to the following guidelines: i) it must be possible to return the product to its original impeccable condition, ii) spare parts are still available (this does not apply to discontinued products), iii) if the product has not been misused or previously attempted to be repaired by individuals not affiliated with LORENA MOZAK COMPANY.
Changes at an International level:
Due to tax differences, different price structures, local legal requirements, and logistical reasons, LORENA MOZAK cannot offer the possibility of making product exchanges or a refund policy internationally. Therefore, LORENA MOZAK will not be able to exchange or replace any product that is not returned in the same country of purchase, meaning no exchanges, returns, or replacements are made for products purchased abroad.
Certificate of Authenticity:
The jewelry sold at LORENAMOZAK.COM has been selected using the best of precious metals, stones, crystals, and diamonds, following the best tradition of Mexican goldsmith artisans registered in the jewelry chamber of the state of Jalisco for the most part, understanding that LORENA MOZAK is only the image representation and intermediary "trader" of different jewelry suppliers who are responsible for manufacturing, verifying, and certifying the carat weight and authentication of the jewelry through the quality group linked to the jewelry chamber of Jalisco.

Now you own an exclusive handmade product from LORENA MOZAK. Jewelry is a delicate material that must be treated with special care, following the advice indicated below. This way you will avoid causing damage to the product, for which LORENA MOZAK would not be responsible. To ensure that your LORENA MOZAK product does not lose its beauty over time, please observe the following instructions:
Jewelry and Watches:
The products from the Jewelry collection by LORENA MOZAK are delicate and crafted in a traditional way. The metal can be gold and silver, plated and laminated as described in each purchased item. Each crystal, stone, quartz, or diamond is individually set. Therefore, the pieces require special care. Store your jewelry in the original packaging or in a soft pouch to prevent scratching. Clean it frequently using a soft cloth to maintain its original shiny finish. Gold and silver jewelry is resistant over the years, however, to make it last longer, take off the jewelry before washing your hands, swimming, or using body care products such as perfume, hair spray, soap, or creams, as they could damage the metal, reduce the duration of the shine, which can be restored by cleaning and polishing it. Remember to reserve your jewelry for the final touch. Avoid contact with water. Avoid impacts (e.g. hitting against objects) as they could cause scratches, breakage, defects, or other damages. Warranty coverage excludes pieces with broken glass, stones, or diamonds and with adhesive residues not from the brand. Watches: Warranty coverage excludes parts that wear out or deteriorate with use, such as watch bracelets/straps and batteries. Refer to the instruction manual.
Repair policy:
If the part is not covered by the terms of the LORENA MOZAK warranty policy, the company offers a repair service at the consumer's expense. Please note that a defective part can only be repaired if it is feasible according to the following guidelines: -The product is a genuine LORENA MOZAK part with the logo. -The repair is feasible: it must be possible to return the product to its original impeccable condition. -The spare parts are still available (this does not happen in the case of discontinued products). -If the product has not been misused or previously attempted to be repaired by individuals unrelated to LORENA MOZAK.
Limited liability.
LORENA MOZAK COMPANY will only be liable to you in the event of damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the company.
The above limitation of liability shall apply to all rights to compensation for damages, regardless of their legal basis.
The exclusion or limitation of liability for damages compensation in accordance with the above paragraphs shall also be valid for claims against collaborators or agents of LORENA MOZAK COMPANY.
Individuality Clause of the Provisions

14. Applicable law
Contracts entered into under these General Commercial Terms and Conditions will be subject to Mexican law, with any further reference to foreign legislation being excluded. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply. The City of Monterrey will be the competent jurisdiction for any conflicts arising from these General Commercial Terms and Conditions or related to them and any purchasing activity on the Website, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to present or future domicile.

To proceed with any inconvenience regarding your delivery, it is important to consider the following terms and conditions.
How long does it take to update messaging about an issue/incident?
Any report generated to the courier has a minimum response time of 72 business hours, depending on the type of incident.
With how much advance notice can a shortage be reported within the order?
If your order has arrived incomplete, please send an email to lorenamozak@gmail.com with the following information:
• photograph of the guide attached to the packaging
• photograph of outer packaging showing the entire box and/or bag
• photograph of the inner packaging, showing the entire box, with or without the product (if your package arrived in a bag, it does not apply).
• photographs of damage to content
• photographs showing signs of violation (in cases of theft)
All photographs must be clear so that your report can be successful.
Within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving the order, after this period has expired, the product will be deemed tacitly accepted.
What should I do if the order was delivered, but I did not receive it?
The customer is fully responsible for monitoring their tracking number and being aware of delivery dates so they are available to receive the package.
If you do not recognize the delivery of your package, it is very important that you report it to us immediately so that we can follow up with our courier service. This must be done within five (5) natural days after the delivery date. After this time, we can still follow up, however, the response time may take up to 15 business days and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the courier services.
